In a time when most of the population displays the greatest self-indulgence to vanity, not to say narcissism – and an extreme awareness when they are in the reach of image recording devices of any kind – to get a realistic representation of their real self, it is of the utmost importance to capture your subjects while they are unaware of it.

So, when we got an invitation, last week, for an event occurring within the planning of the Milano Fashion Week, I took the Nikon D810 with the 35 mm lens on and got to the Baglioni Hotel Carlton for the JF London “Spring-Summer 2018 Woman’s Collection Cocktail Presentation”, with the intention to get confirmation to my intuitions.
